Yes. Contact support and we will move you to the new plan and settle any difference for you. Self-service plan switching is not available yet, so we handle the change by hand to make sure your proxies and billing are both correct on the new plan.

You can top up from your dashboard at any time. We warn you as you approach your limit. Nothing is billed for overage you did not ask for: access pauses at the cap until you top up or the period renews, unless you have switched auto top-up on.

Pooled across the whole order. Each shared proxy contributes 3 GB to one allowance, so 100 proxies is 300 GB per month and 500 is 1.5 TB. There is no per-proxy ceiling: if one proxy needs to move most of the pool, it can. Dedicated datacenter proxies are not metered at all. Run low and you can add bandwidth to the pool at any time from your dashboard, without changing plan. Added bandwidth applies to the billing period you buy it in, so it tops the pool up rather than rolling over.
Shared proxies carry a published cap of 5 users per address, at a fraction of the dedicated price. Dedicated (Premium Datacenter) proxies are exclusively yours, so no neighbor can ever affect your address reputation. Choose shared for tolerant targets, and dedicated when one blocked or challenged address would cost you more than the price difference.
Rotating proxies automatically cycle through different IP addresses on each request or at set intervals. We offer Rotating Premium (dedicated IPs) and Rotating Shared (up to 5 users per IP) options, both billed by bandwidth (per GB). They’re ideal for web scraping, data collection, and any use case that benefits from frequent IP changes without manual rotation.
