When we raise an invoice you get it by email with a link straight to it. The link stays valid until the invoice is paid, so you can close the page and come back, and a reminder follows while it is still open.

Bandwidth top-ups are no longer fixed sizes. Choose any whole number of gigabytes up to your plan's monthly allowance, and on most plans bigger amounts cost less per gigabyte, up to 5% from 10 GB and up to 10% from 50 GB.

The emails confirming your plan and your proxies now walk through both ways to authenticate, show where your endpoint and credentials live, and include a request template to adapt. Gateway plans get their address and port in the email itself.

If one of your proxies goes down and we swap it, you now get an email naming the new address and port. It also says that the username and password for that proxy were regenerated, and where to find them.
