Refund & Cancellation Policy

First-time customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase by emailing billing@node4.io from the account email. Applies to your first subscription plan or first bandwidth purchase only.

Plans auto-renew each billing cycle. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or by emailing billing@node4.io. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. After the initial 7-day window, charges for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.

Consumable and non-refundable once any portion is used. Fully unused add-ons may be refunded within 7 days at our discretion.

Email billing@node4.io with your account email and order details. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are void where an account is terminated for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
