Terms of Service

By accessing or using Node4.io, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Node4.io provides proxy infrastructure services, including shared and dedicated HTTP/HTTPS proxy access, bandwidth allocation, authentication management, and related dashboard tools. Services are provided on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis as described on our pricing page.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing any site by means that is prohibited by its terms of service
• Engaging in fraud, phishing, spamming, or any form of deceptive activity
• Distributing malware, ransomware, or any malicious software
• Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Accessing child sexual abuse material or any illegal content
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Reselling or sublicensing our services without written authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@node4.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified). Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Free tier accounts are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

If you have a billing concern, contact billing@node4.io before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to contest invalid chargebacks and to recover the disputed amount and associated fees.

Billing descriptor. Charges appear on your statement as TEKARI LLC (or NODE4.IO).

Node4.io is a digital service delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, proxy access and credentials are provisioned to your dashboard immediately (typically within seconds). No physical product is shipped. If your service is not active within 30 minutes of payment, contact support@node4.io and we will resolve it promptly.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.

All content, software, and technology underlying Node4.io is owned by or licensed to Tekari LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services as permitted under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Node4.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tekari LLC (d/b/a Node4.io), its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
